Terms and conditions

  1. Cancel at least 48 hours before the service starts for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a charge of 100% of the cost.
  2. Notify any changes at least 48 hours before the service.
  3. If the delay exceeds 20 minutes, the provider may be unable to guarantee the service and the full amount will be charged as a penalty.
  4. In case of a no-show, a penalty equal to the full cost of the service will be charged.
  5. Any deposit is shown during booking. The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver; cash is preferred.

What is the difference between the three transfers from Marco Polo Airport?

All three use a Private Water Taxi for the water journey. Deluxe Transfer includes a private car to the airport pier; Premium Transfer includes the car to Piazzale Roma; the Private Water Taxi Transfer departs directly from one of the stated airport docks.

Where do I meet the water taxi at the airport?

At floating dock 2, 3 or 11. Contact the driver via WhatsApp as soon as you leave the aircraft, using the number Venice Hospitality will provide the day before.

Which details are needed to confirm?

We need the guest name, date and time, flight details, number of guests, number of bags and phone number.

How do the surcharges work?

All transfers include 4 passengers. From the fifth, the automatic supplement is €20 per person for Deluxe and Premium, or €10 for the water taxi. Departures from 22:00 to 06:59, Venice time, automatically add €20 per Deluxe or Premium transfer, or €10 per water taxi transfer. The night period ends at 07:00. Deluxe and Premium include 4 bags, then €10 per additional bag; the water taxi includes 6 bags, then €5 per additional bag. Enter the number of bags when booking: any luggage supplement is added automatically to the total.

Are there surcharges depending on the district?

Cannaregio and Santa Croce are included in the price. San Polo and Tronchetto: +€10; Dorsoduro and San Marco: +€20; Castello and Giudecca/Lido: +€30. Choose one area when booking: its surcharge applies once per transfer.

What are the cancellation and delay terms?

Cancel at least 48 hours before the service starts for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a charge of 100% of the cost. After a delay of more than 20 minutes, the provider may be unable to guarantee the service and may charge the full amount. A no-show is charged in full.

How do I pay?

Any deposit is shown during booking. The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver; cash is preferred.
